I need to get into the routine.

I have not been doing so good on the food intake for the calories. I need to be more strict. Yesterday I had chinese food for dinner and I'm also having it for lunch. My dinner has to be light. I also have to exercise more. I had the time to yesterday but choose not to which is not in my best interest.

Day Two- How tall are you? Do you like your height?

I'm 5'2 inches. I'm a average height for a woman. Even though it's hard for me to reach some items that are high, I'm really happy I'm no smaller.
