30 Day Thinspo - Day Eight

Day Eight- Your workout routine.
This is so funny because yesterday was the first time for me going back to the gym. Well, I want my routine for me to be 30 minutes before work and 30 minutes after work, unless I go with someone and then I'll stay for a hour. I want to go for burning 1k a day in calories but right now I'm going to have to take it slow because I haven't be to the gym in so long. I'll make a post about the 1k when I get to it. Until then wish me luck.
