Thinspo Challenge - Day 12

Day Twelve- What do you normally eat?

Here's my dailey routine. In the morning I would have coffee, morning snack; greek yogurt, lunch; slim fast or special k, unless I feel for some real food and try to get something healthy, Afternoon snack; something small, dinner, whatever it is for dinner, and some times it's a unhealthy version but if I go to the gym afterwards, I don't feel bad.

I want to change up my gym routine. So far, I've been going for a hour almost everyday and I'm not seeing much change in weight. So I'm going to try to wake up early so I can go to the gym in the morning for a hour. If I burn 500 cal in the morning and 500 in the even, then it's 1k for the day. I'm going to have to set my alarm clock for 5:30 in order for me to get up at 6 or else I'll keep hitting the reset button and the next thing you know, I'll have to go to work. Wish me luck.

Thinspo Challenge - Day Eleven

Day Eleven- Your favorite thinspo blog and why!

The only thinspo blog I know of is the Thinspirational Journey by Kyrstle Lane. I read her post everyday about how she's trying to live healthy and loose weight. When people comment on her blog, she automatically gets back them and I sent her a email about a question and she got back to me quickly. She suggest a lot of ways that people can lose weight. The thinspo challenge that I'm on came from her website. 

 I asked her a question before about how to deal with constipation. Here's what she said, maybe you guys can try it too.

"Constipation usually means that you are not in taking enough fiber in your system.
Eat more broccoli and drink lots and lots of water.
Try drinking 1 glass of warm lemon juice unsweetened in the morning.

Squeeze one Lemon into a mug and fill it warm water and then drink first thing in the morning.


Make sure you drink more than 7 glasses of water a day and don't eat too much processed food.


Try it for a week to 21 days."


So starting Monday, I will give this a try. If you've tried it before, comment and tell me how it worked for you.

Thinspo Challenge - Day Nine and Ten

I lost a day yesterday because it was to hectic at work and I usually do my blog first thing in the morning.

Day Nine- Did people ever make comments about your weight in a negative way?





Oh yes. I once went over one of my friends house and their mom made a comment, well multiple comments, about how much weight I gained. It was embarrassing. She asked, Who's been feeding me? and Why I gained that much? I laughed it off but I was thoroughly embarrassed. I'm not visiting her again until I lose my weight.

Day Ten- What was the hardest thing you gave up during this “weight loss.”

Salt and Vinegar chips. I love junk food but those are my favorite. Especially the Kettle brand. Every time I go to the store, I try my hardest to avoid the chips ale. When they are on sale at Whole Foods, it's like they are on every corner. LOL.

By the way, I checked my weight today and it's down to 153.8. As one of my friends would say, FIGHTING!!

30 Day Thinspo - Day Eight

Day Eight- Your workout routine.
This is so funny because yesterday was the first time for me going back to the gym. Well, I want my routine for me to be 30 minutes before work and 30 minutes after work, unless I go with someone and then I'll stay for a hour. I want to go for burning 1k a day in calories but right now I'm going to have to take it slow because I haven't be to the gym in so long. I'll make a post about the 1k when I get to it. Thinspo Day Six

Day Seven- Do your parents know you’re trying to lose weight? Do they care?

I haven't talk to my mom for over a year. I'm not going more into it because it's a rocky road. Yum!

I'm very happy that over the weekends, when I go to the Yellow Green Farmer's Market, I'm not giving in to the foods that's there. Before the weekend I was 154.2. After the weekend, I'm still 154.2. I didn't lose but I didn't gain either which is always good.

I came up with a goal that I want to be 120 by december. That means that I'm going to have to add exercise to my arsenal. In the mornings, I'm going to do 30 mins at the Gym. After work, 30 mins. Unless I have to go with someone else which will be a hour. I'm going to try to loose 1k cal everyday. Wish me luck! I'll keep you posted.

Thinspo - Day Six

Day Six- Do you binge? If so, explain why you think you do.

Well I would say that binge would be you eating something fatty and not caring if you gain weight from it or not. If that's the definition, I would say that I don't binge. Now if I eat something fatty, like the chinese food I had last night, I would try to keep it in reasonable portions.

Unless I eat something I don't know the calories of, like the egg roll, I'm not eating that unless I'm eating something very little. It's 372 cals, by itself. I didn't know that but now I do. I calorie count wise, I would've been good if I didn't have it but I still lost some weight so I'm not feeling that bad.

Thinspo - Day Five

Day Five- Why do you really want to lose this weight? Are you doing it for you?

I'm doing it for no one else but me. I always wanted to wear certain clothes that would look great but my stomach always gets in the way. I would also love to wear a two piece swimsuit.
